fee of $500.00 per person will be charged for cancellations prior to August 31,
2009. No cancellations will be accepted after that date. All land arrangements
for any extended stay in Italy are at the participants' own expense. Passengers
are requested to bring a valid passport and also make their arrangements for
flight and traveling insurance. I.T.C., Inc. and/or the Verona Fairs
Organization are acting only as agents and therefore assume no responsibility
