Enjoying the Journey

Sometimes when people buy a new car, they think more about gas mileage and resale value than they do about their own experience. Unfortunately, if you overlook your own personal enjoyment, you might end up driving a car that you hate for a lot longer than you want to. I have bought and sold several cars over my lifetime, and I can tell you that I have the most fun with a car when I really stop to think about what I am looking for. My website is designed to help you to decide what type of car will work for you—so that you can enjoy the journey.

Planning For A Night Out On A Party Bus: Four Ways To Make Your Party Rock

Party buses are ideal for a night out with friends or for celebrating a special occasion. When planning your party bus rental, there are several things you can do to make the most of your time on and off the bus. Here are some ideas for making your night out on a party bus even more fun.

Print Party Agendas

If your party bus will be making multiple stops on your night out, consider printing out agendas for the night to pass out to everyone. The agendas should list all of the planned stops and the times you expect to arrive at them. Be sure to add the address and phone number of each bar or restaurant somewhere on the sheet. This will help if someone gets separated from the group, as they will make it easy for a lost guest to get a cab and meet you at the next stop. Have some fun with the agendas and print them out on colored card stock with fun fonts.

Plan For Snacks

Your guests may get hungry on the party bus, so consider having some snacks available. Be sure to ask the party bus rental company about any rules it may have about bringing food on board, and then create your party bus snack menu. Some options might include:

  • Single-serving seven-layer dip served in small plastic cups
  • Fresh fruit kebabs
  • Mini corn dogs and hamburgers on a stick
  • Finger sandwiches
  • Mini quesadillas

Make Swag Bags

Welcome everyone on the bus with some sweet swag bags. If you and your guests will be drinking, consider adding bottled water to help keep everyone hydrated. Add a few going-out essentials, such as lip gloss or compact mirrors so everyone can touch up their makeup or hair throughout the night. Be sure to include a few fun things, such as Mardi Gras-style beads or party hats and tiaras to set the mood for the night.

Create A Soundtrack

Many party buses have sound systems with CD players or MP3 player compatibility. Create a playlist ahead of time so you and your guests can enjoy your favorite songs as you travel around town. You may also want to save copies of the playlists on mini flash drives and add them to the swag bags for a fun way to remember the evening.

Be sure to ask your party bus rental company if it offers any additional services you can take advantage of to make your night memorable, and put these ideas to work for your next night out on the town. For more information, consider contacting a company like A&A Limousine & Bus Services.
